Your data is intended exclusively for the NexIT team. It may be transmitted to technical subcontractors as part of providing our services, particularly:

• Website host: Netlify
• Email tool: Tool name, if applicable
• Analytics tool: Umami Cloud (umami.is) — cookie-free analytics, anonymized data, GDPR compliant
• Advertising and conversion measurement (only if you accept cookies): Google Ireland Limited — Google Ads and, where applicable, Google Analytics

These providers are contractually committed to process your data only for intended purposes and to protect it adequately.

Your data is never sold to third parties.

6. Transfers Outside the European Union

Where some of our subcontractors are established outside the European Union, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, Privacy Shield certification or equivalent). This notably applies to Google, whose services are only enabled with your consent and whose US entity Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

According to GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data in cases provided by law.

• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest or for marketing purposes.

We undertake to respond within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by two months if the request is complex.

8. Cookies

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when visiting a website.

The i18n_locale cookie is strictly functional and does not require your consent. It does not collect any personal data or browsing information.

Google cookies are set only after you accept: until you click "Accept", Google's code is not loaded. Your choice (accept or decline) is stored for 6 months in your browser's local storage, then asked again. Declining is as easy as accepting and has no effect on how you can use the site.

Managing Your Preferences
