The Universal Service Employment Check (CESU) is a payment method for personal services, including home IT assistance. By paying with CESU, you automatically benefit from a 50% tax credit on the cost of our services. For example, a €50 session actually costs you only €25 after the tax credit.

We come to your home at the agreed time. Each session lasts about 1 hour and focuses on a specific topic (emails, procedures, etc.). We work directly on your devices, in your environment, so you're as comfortable as possible. We also provide simple summary sheets to keep on hand.

Absolutely not! This service is designed for complete beginners. We start from scratch if necessary and progress at your pace, without technical jargon. Each session is adapted to your level and needs.

Of course! Whether it's a smartphone, tablet, or computer, we help you set it up completely: email account, useful apps, contacts, and we teach you the basics to use it daily.

We provide home services within a radius around our operating area. Contact us to check if we cover your area. Travel costs are included in the session rate.
